ERPC to Upgrade All VPS Lineups for Solana — New R&D Achievements Deliver up to 25% Performance Improvement

ELSOUL LABO B.V. (Headquarters: Amsterdam, Netherlands; CEO: Fumitake Kawasaki) and Validators DAO have announced that ERPC will begin a large-scale upgrade across all of its VPS product lines for Solana, reflecting new research and development achievements.
With these improvements, all models are expected to achieve up to a 25% performance boost.
Background
ERPC’s VPS plans are already recognized as top-class in both quality and speed within their price ranges, earning strong praise among Solana developers.
This popularity comes not only from performance, but also from ERPC’s strategic placement of data centers in regions critical to the Solana network.
This location-based design enables extremely fast access to major validators and the Jito Block Engine, minimizing transaction transmission paths and latency.
This upgrade aims to further strengthen these advantages and deliver more consistent performance.
Through long-term testing and direct user feedback, ERPC has restructured its hardware and virtualization configurations from the ground up.
Key Improvements
In this update, ERPC has completely redesigned the configuration of CPU, memory, and storage to rebuild the foundation that supports the high-speed responsiveness required for Solana-based applications and trading operations.
By optimizing CPU allocation and adopting a structure where multiple cores share the same cache, data transfer between processes has become smoother. As a result, cache-dependent operations now function more stably, improving data reuse and access efficiency during high-speed processing.
A new control system has also been introduced to handle storage bandwidth in parallel, maintaining throughput even under heavy workloads where read and write operations occur simultaneously. CPU, memory, and I/O now operate without interfering with each other, achieving maximum performance through careful tuning of overall workload balance.
With these improvements, processing speed has increased by an average of 10–25% across many environments. In particular, transaction processing, real-time aggregation, and API server–type Solana applications that make extensive use of cache can now experience more consistent response times and stability.
These upgrades are not merely numerical optimizations—they are the result of ongoing refinements built on customer feedback, operational data, and real-world testing. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who continues to use our services and share valuable insights that help us improve.
Applicable VPS Lineups
This upgrade applies to all VPS products provided by ERPC.

Each series has undergone architectural improvements, including virtualization, storage management, and CPU allocation redesigns, ensuring consistent performance enhancement across all VPS products.
Schedule and Migration
Upgrade operations will proceed in stages by region and product series. Existing user environments will also be upgraded sequentially, and in some cases, this may require reinstallation.
All work will be performed during low-impact maintenance windows with sufficient migration time secured.
Individual notifications will be sent to all customers, but if you would like to request an earlier upgrade or prefer to postpone migration, please contact us via a Discord support ticket.
We will take your request into account when scheduling.

Looking Ahead
ERPC has consistently researched and built infrastructure optimized for the Solana network in-house.
This upgrade represents the direct delivery of those R&D results to customer environments.

Moving forward, ERPC will continue refining every layer—from hardware to virtualization and networking—to deliver even greater stability and a comfortable development experience.
Challenges Addressed by ERPC and Validators DAO
- Transaction failures and latency fluctuations common in RPC environments
- Performance limitations imposed by many infrastructure providers
- The strong influence of network distance on communication quality
- The difficulty for smaller projects to access high-quality infrastructure
During the development of Epics DAO, an open-source Solana NFT card game project,
we encountered a key challenge: high-quality and high-speed Solana development environments were not easily accessible.
In response, we built our own platform and used that experience as the foundation for ERPC and SLV.

Financial applications are especially mission-critical, where even small delays or transmission errors directly affect user experience.
Because of Solana’s distributed validator architecture and unique Web3 characteristics,
understanding the full picture can be difficult, and many projects have struggled with instability and latency.

We aim to provide the high-performance development infrastructure required for such environments,
contributing to better developer and user experiences across the Solana ecosystem.
Both ERPC and SLV are positioned as part of that broader effort.
