elSOL Terms of Service
1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using services related to elSOL (the "Token") (the "Service"). The Service is based on native staking on the Solana blockchain and related technical mechanisms.
If a user mints, holds, transfers, unstakes, or otherwise interacts with the Token through the Service, the user is deemed to have reviewed and agreed to these Terms. If the user does not agree to these Terms, the user must not use the Service.

[email protected].2. Nature of the Service
The Service technically provides a liquid staking mechanism based on native staking on the Solana network. The Token is an on-chain representation of balances corresponding to staked SOL and is not fiat currency, a deposit, a security, an investment contract, a collective investment scheme, or any similar financial product.
The Service does not provide investment advice, solicitation, or promises of returns.
3. Native Staking and Unstaking Mechanism
Staking and unstaking in the Service are processed in accordance with the Solana network protocol and epoch system.
If a user submits an unstake request, SOL is not returned immediately. Under the network rules, the stake account is deactivated from the next epoch, and SOL can be withdrawn in a subsequent epoch. These outcomes, timing, and state transitions depend on the Solana network specifications.
4. Priority of On-Chain Results
All outcomes related to the Service (including minting, balances, rewards, unstaking, and withdrawals) are determined by on-chain data and the execution results of code on the Solana network. If any conflict arises between these Terms or the Service’s display and the on-chain results, the on-chain results shall prevail.
5. No Warranties
We or the provider of the Service do not warrant any of the following, including but not limited to:
- the value, price, exchangeability, or liquidity of the Token
- any specific yield, reward amount, outcome, or economic benefit
- continuity, completeness, or availability of the Service
- that network specification changes, outages, forks, or bugs will not occur
6. Forks and Network Events
Forks, rollbacks, specification changes, outages, and other network events may occur on the Solana network. The Service has no obligation to provide advance notice of such events. We are not liable for losses, loss of opportunity, or unexpected outcomes arising from such events.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in acts that violate laws or public order and morals, fraudulent acts, acts that impair the stability of the network, acts that circumvent the Service’s specifications or limitations, or any other acts that we deem inappropriate.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any damages incurred by users in connection with the Service or the Token. This includes direct damages, indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, data loss, and losses due to price fluctuations.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may amend these Terms as necessary. The amended Terms take effect when posted on elsol.app. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, as the court of first instance.
